Viewing Properties
If you wish to view a property we will arrange an appointment with you and accompany you to viewings.
Reserving the property
Once you have decided on a property, you will need to reserve it by paying an administration fee. (see right)
Your tenancy application will pass through our referencing process, which will include employer, landlord, bank and credit checks.
NB: A guarantor will be required.
Tenancy Offer
Assuming all goes well during referencing, you will receive a formal tenancy offer.
Tenancy Agreement
As soon as the referencing process is complete, we will set an appointment with you to sign the agreement and pay the first months rent and deposit. You will also receive the keys to the property. You will be given a copy of the inventory to check which you will take with you to the property and then to sign and return to the office within 7 days.
Admin Fees
1 Person - £100.00 VAT £20.00 = £120.00
2 Person - £200.00 VAT £40.00 = £240.00
3 Person - £300.00 VAT £60.00 = £360.00
4 Person - £400.00 VAT £80.00 = £480.00
5 Person - £500.00 VAT £100.00 = £600.00
6 Person - £600.00 VAT £120.00 = £720.00
